Product Dispatch:

Before dispatching your order, we will share the product packaging details, including the number of articles or packages being sent, via WhatsApp.

No Refund During Sale:

• No refunds will be issued for items purchased during a sale period.
• If the product delivered is damaged, a replacement will be provided only when valid images of the damage are shared by the customer.
• The images must clearly show the damage, and all tags and original packaging must be intact to qualify for a replacement.

Amazon Gift Card:

• The ₹250 Amazon gift card issued is preloaded with the cashback amount and will be sent as a link to the customer’s official email ID.
• Only one gift card will be issued per customer, regardless of the number of purchases made.
• Any claims or liabilities related to the Amazon gift cards will be handled by Amazon or the entity responsible for issuing the gift cards.

Dispute Resolution:

All disputes arising from this offer will be governed by the laws of India and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.
